I want to create the menu bar which has previous and next button left and right side. When we want to see the menu which is hidden we use these button which scrolls the menu bar from right to left or left to right and when menu end then no scroll happen.
I attach an image for the reference. I want the menu bar like that.

Have you made any attempts and if so can you post the code? Otherwise I doubt anyone will give you the whole answer
I already wrote the code but I can’t give because then I have to give CSS also and that is the big problem.
