I have created a custom Facebook fan page, however, I am wondering how to build a Like-Gate page following this scenario:
- Welcome page for NON-fans (if they click "LIKE) then
-> landing page for fans will appear

It sounds like you’re trying to force more broadcasting which is a problem technically and in social growth.
Facebook allows a default tab for guests which yes, can have a “fan gate” option to access specific content you build but has no actual impact on going to the wall [you can limit who posts to just “likers”] or other tabs.
Current fans always start at the wall. This is not something you can change as the goal of a facebook page is engagable content first.
I’d challenge you on the fangating. What about your page makes me HAVE to like as my first visit? Are you giving something huge away? Can I do something with an app that’s interesting or special? Fan gates need a reason or they don’t make sense as a value statement. Less and less have one and instead think forcing more like into the pipe will improve things, it doesn’t tend to work that way.

My client is currently running iPad and bicycle giveaway. The goal is to attract users (by usage of Like gate). The users that Like our page will be entered in the draw.
I am currently looking at the similar example of Like-gate done for Toyota http://www.facebook.com/toyotacanada . Therefore, I am looking for ways o creating this page.
