How do I remove my info from: fastpeoplesearch.io?

The form is broken and it doesn’t work.

https://fastpeoplesearch.io/remove-my-info

Adding the link to the form does not work.

I did it correctly, I know that.

Adding the link is not working.

It is Broken.

That functionality.

This is their email:

support@fastpeoplesearch.io

No one returns emails.

I tried emailing them.

Now what?

Are… you expecting someone to have a magic button for you to push?

If their form is broken, and they dont respond to their emails… you… cant?

Their form is broken.

They don’t respond to their emails.

No one is able to remove their info.

And there is no way to get in contact with them.

(I assume) all correct statements.

And?

Like, there’s no internet police agency to go around and knock on their doors because they dont answer your emails, man.

If all of their mechanisms for contact and correction are not working… you can’t contact them. What more do you expect to be told?

They are registered to Godaddy:

Maybe they should be reported?

https://supportcenter.godaddy.com/

Filling out the form they provide is broken and there is no way to get in contact with them.

reported for what?

Running a site badly?

Sorry, thats not a crime.

GoDaddy are a host, not the site police. They dont care if the people running the site have a broken form (unless its their server causing the breakage) and they dont care if the people running the site dont answer their emails. They only care if they pay their hosting fees, and arent hosting something illegal.

Aren’t they required to allow people to remove their info from their site?

And if that is broken.

And there is no way to get in contact with them?

What then?

If it’s Personally Identifiable Information and you live in a country that enforces some form of privacy law that requires compliance, maybe. If it’s not, or you dont, then… no, they arent.

You’d have to contact the relevant national complaint authority if you have one. If you dont, you… move on with your life?

It’s the entire world:

Every country.

You didnt read the message very clearly.

You dont get to complain on behalf of people in another country. You get to complain for yourself and thats it.

It seems like you’re dealing with a real issue, not spam. If the form is broken and emails aren’t getting a response, your best option is to keep following up with support. Additionally, try manually searching for your listing and look for a removal option. If those methods don’t work, you could consider filing a formal privacy request. Stay persistent, and hopefully, you’ll get a response soon!

Additionally, try manually searching for your listing and look for a removal option.

The only way to do it is through the form they provide.

The form that they provide is broken and doesn’t work.

https://fastpeoplesearch.io/remove-my-info

Summary of the Issue:

  • Non-Functional Form: The form to remove personal information is broken.

  • Lack of Response: Multiple emails to support@fastpeoplesearch.io have gone unanswered.

  • Hosting Details: Site is hosted through Cloudflare and registered with GoDaddy.

It’s been over two weeks.

No one returns emails.

Although these have been weeks where a lot of businesses are on low staffing levels, and maybe the people who can actually help you aren’t in the office.

But at the moment, you don’t know that your emails haven’t got through, only that they haven’t yet been responded to, which might be because of the season. Many places here only got back to fully open from yesterday, and will have a backlog of things to deal with. I’m not making excuses for them, I don’t know if any of this applies to them, or whether they’re just ignorant.

In any case, we’re back to the comments by @m_hutley earlier in the thread - there’s little that anyone here can do to help you.

people lie.
websites lie.

Do you truly believe they have representatives available 24/7?
