Can anyone have idea how to send bulk sms via Windows phone?
Individual phones have caps and limits to the number of messages they can send. If you want to send messages en masse, you will have to use a third-party SMS service. If you do a search, there are literally dozens of them–just make sure that they will be able to handle your volume and that the price is reasonable. 1-10 cents per message is common. Anything more than that is a little pricey.
Firstly - make sure you have the permission of the recipient and you’re giving an easy way to opt out. People are even more sensitive about sms than about email marketing - I’d advise you to tread very carefully.
That said, we’ve used Nexmo.com and been very happy with the service, pricing etc.
