I’m trying to get some CSS animations, similar to this one, working in the background of a hero image on a redesign of my site, Atomic, but in the Wordpress building, I only get access to the raw HTML for a container - where should I put the CSS and JS code? I’m not sure how to approach this, any help would be apreaciated.
