In due time one of my forums will have daily 10000 unique views, can you guys list the best companies with high CPM and CPC rates? I know quite some, but they mostly don’t support PayPal payouts. What I’m looking for are companies that provide banner ads as well as text ads.
Also second question: Are there any premium network out there were the publishers get at least 98% of revenue?

“The best companies with high rates” will generally not accept forums, atleast those that pay by CPM wont.
Umm. Any that pay a fixed monthly payout then?

You will never see anything close to 98% payout. 
I would look in to Adbrite and Casale media.

Anyhow Casale media does payouts through PayPal? then i’d be really exicted, well does it but they dont mention it on the site it seems? I donno…
Many companies who payout through check usually dont support Asia, thus why i’m looking for companies who pay out through PayPal.

I know a few good ones, but don’t have text ads as far as I know. The ones I use are reputable. VCM is one.
