my account did’t approved and i received an email from google

I’m sorry that you have not been accepted but what do you exactly need help with?

You simply don’t have enough content yet to be interesting for AdSense.

Build a lot more quality content, I would say at least 20-50 pages and
apply again in 2 month. Also I would suggest that you get yourself
your own domain and webspace to run your blog.
You can get a domain and webspace as cheap as 3-5$ per month.
