If anyone can be of assistance to help me come up with a reasonable price given everything I must design and develop for a company, can you please post here if you are wiling to let me PM you with questions. (Freelancing for them).

I really really appreciate it. In need of some guidance.

I will tell you exactly what I am developing (how many pages, what kind of javascript and php scripts, etc.)

Have you read the book SitePoint sample chapters on Freelancing, it briefly covers some of those aspects.

For pricing you need to figure out how many hours you think it will take (this comes with practice) and what your hourly rate is (don’t know that? this might help). Then just multiply the two together
