can anybody tell me be how often google updating its algorithm… ?

Yes, comments from google employees indicate they make approximately 400 adjustments per year, so a little more than one tweak per day. Occasionally there is a major tweak that gets a lot of attention such as the recent “May Day” update, but google is constantly making minor adjustments to their algorithm.
