Good online PHP learning resource

I apologize if this has been asked a million times before. I searched and didn’t come up with my exact question.

I’m wanting to learn PHP and am looking for any good online schools/tutorials that you would personally recommend. Doesn’t matter if they are free or paid.

www.w3schools.com is good, or php.net official website.

w3schools isn’t that good of a place, its been neglected for a long time now. The information contained within is outdated.

For learning a must have that has numerous examples that you can cut and paste is the online documentation that can be downloaded from:

Check out lynda.com . There’s a set of PHP tutorials there that I found quite useful.
