Looking for a robust form creator for creating forms that are self-hosted (don’t need a form processor, can write my own PHP script to handle the form data).
A while back I was using Coffee Cup Web Form Builder and it was okay, a bit inflexible, but did the job. Looking for something a bit more powerful / more flexible good for rapid development of forms that produces good looking forms that are responsive and doesn’t require me to mess with HTML/CSS/JS.
