Alright guys, here’s my first attempt at creating a topic here at Sitepoint. It’s random as all hell, I know, but I think that you guys might enjoy this. So since I moved to LA, I’ve been having a really difficult time sleeping. It’s nothing new: I’m a terrible sleeper. I’ve tried different prescription sleep aids, Advil PM, and just basic stuff like exercising a few hours before bed/not exercising a few hours before bed, reading before bed, etc…
So as I was browsing for tips and tricks on how I can sleep better, I came across this cool infographic (not completely sure why a VoIP company has an infographic on how to sleep better, but I found it tremendously helpful, nonetheless). I followed every step, diligently, this time, and have been amazed at how much better I’ve been sleeping.
What do you guys think? Any special tips on getting a good night’s sleep?
