PHP I cant so
In that case, I’d suggest you get together with your friends, list all the possibilities you have, and between you decide how to compromise, to make the most of what you can get free of charge.
If and when you start to make money, you can change or upgrade to a better solution. You’re not going to get everything you want at the outset, especially if you have no budget to pay for anything.
Then Google Drive, Dropbox or similar are still very valid and very good options.
It would be different if you need to add comments to those photos, or any kind of reviewing system.
Basically, I think you’re making your life more complicated than it should.
Use Google Drive and share the pictures with your friends. Then, if you need to show anything to your customer, create a link so he can view it.
It is free and practical.
agreed ,but using graphics for gdrive it fulls the capacity due to PSD,etc file …& i dont want my client to get disapponted whoc come back again for same file
Google Drive gives you 15 Gb. Filling that up is not that easy. Furthermore if you follow a good cleaning practice like everything older than 1 year should be moved somewhere else.
That somewhere else could be a second Google Drive account, or that each team member downloads a copy for their own record (and in this way, you’d be having multiple backup copies)
Whatever protocol you use, would be fine.
Unless you’re creating images for printing, a PSD wouldn’t be much bigger than 40-50 MB, maybe 100 MB.
If you’re storing BMP, then it can easily be higher.
Still, you have plenty of room to grow for a starting business.
Else, think seriously about a Dropbox account. For around 15 USD per month, you have 2 TB of storage.
Have you looked at Pixieset? I use it for my clients for sending out their images. I am a newborn and familiy photographer and it works pretty well for me! I think another great option for you would be Flickr, of your own website through a private page. But honestly I’d rather do backups.
If you don’t want that no other viewers see your image then you can store your image on your Gmail account.
Sorry but if image issue is fixed i can ask text file issue later
