Flash not working when uploaded

Hi, I have recently updated my website www.LTDesignz.com and added Flash to the home page and in all of my portfolio galleries. When testing the site locally everything looked great, however, now that it is uploaded to my server the Flash is not working.

I don’t see anywhere in my HTML that it is pointing to a local file/folder, but I would really appreciate if someone could take a look and figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Use an http monitor on the page, you’ve got some 404 errors for files because your paths are wrong for content loaded by the swf
