External Linking Disclaimer page

I need a solution for a site built within the joomla CMS (I am sure if you give me a basic solution I can figure it out)

Anyways anytime we link to an external site from within our main banking site, we need a disclaimer page to alert the user that they are leaving the banking site, and going to externalwebsite.com.

Any easy solutions for this? The disclaimer text will be the same for all links.
