I have been looking for email software for creating and sending bulk emails, I have come across many for windows but not really any for mac.
Can anybody recommend any.

Most people have moved away from sending email directly as few, if any, isps allow the activity and email providers are quick to block unknown and direct IP addresses.
Instead consider providers like vertical response or constant contact. They’re on the smaller size but still provide decent analytics, email creation and reporting… plus IP fighting is handled by them. If you need something more enterprise, let me know.

you can choose on of the many autoresponders online. The good part is, you don’t have to install anything, so it will work for regardless of whether you use Mac or Windows or whatnot.
AWeber is my favourite autoresponder.

I use Email Marketing to get a huge list of emails. It is easy and fast, really really fast in retrieve emails. Works like a search engine, you put keywords to search and Email Marketing retrieves lot of emails related to this keywords.
That’s called spamming. In many countries, it is flat-out illegal. Even where it is legal, it is likely to lead to maybe one or two people following up on the deal, hundreds of people filing complaints against your company, and tens of thousands of people getting really angry with your company for spamming them.
Spam. Just say no.
It is not spam if the email is public, that is, located in a public web, and if you personalize the send, and add an ‘unsubscribe’ link the it.
If you review the CANN-SPAM act it is perfectly legal send an email to a user who is publishing his email on the web. I do all the time and the only things I got is boost my sales and some ‘unsubscribe’ replies.
That depends on where you are based and where you are sending emails to. The US law is pretty lax about allowing spam. In the UK, on the other hand, the official regulations state:
You must not contact individuals without their prior consent unless you have obtained their details in the course of a sale or negotiations of a sale, you only contact them about your own similar products or services and you give them the opportunity to opt out of receiving further marketing messages each time.

In other words, email addresses harvested from the web must not be used.
Actually that’s not correct. In many countries you can not email people unless they opt-in [and good luck finding out where someone lives by email alone]. In the US if you email someone who hasn’t opted in you must take a number of steps to identify the message as dvertising, provide contact information and other opt-out details that are detailed in the CAN SPAM act.
But put the law aside for a second.
Every time you “boost” your sales, you turn off thousands of customers and take another step towards building a reputation as a spammer. This world lives and dies on reputation and that’s exactly what will happen to you… The ROI of any sale is far outweighed by the negative impact and even a single smart complaint can result in the loss of your isp connection, hosting services, or worse.
Just because the address is public does not make it the least bit acceptable to email someone: legally or business wise.
