There was a pretty major algorithm update around February 7, is that around the time you noticed your rankings drop?
Google gives some guidelines on SEO, but you’ll probably learn more from resources like Search Engine Journal or Search Engine Land.

Try checking out google webmaster tools. validate your site and Google will tell you everything it doesn’t like. then fix it and let them know. they will update
Google changed its algo but its link related not content related.
And the page of your looks good to me just the loading time of the different elements are taking a bit long.
I don’t think it’s Google’s Terms of Service you need to worry about. What you want to read are Google’s guidelines - in particular their quality guidelines.
They are explained quite clearly, and your English seems to be generally good, so I don’t think you’ll have any trouble following them. If you do find something you don’t understand, feel free to ask here for further clarification.
