I’m not sure I would trust that site. First of all, directories are a lot different than other high PR sites since there are so many links on each page, the link’s worth goes down. Second of all, this site has not renewed it’s copyright since 2004, so I think that info is pretty outdated. It used to be really easy to raise your pagerank but that isn’t so anymore. If that were true we would all be doing this.
