Delivery of Google Ads with other Publishers

Hi,

I would like to ask all expert Adsense Publishers out here to clear my doubt about this issue. We are running google ads banner along with other publishers ad via frequency cap thorugh an iframe. Like if i set frequency cap of google along with 1 more publisher. According to this page from Google - https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182
under Ad Behavior. It says standard behavior, targeting or delivery of ads be manipulated in any way that is not explicitly permitted by Google.

What does it means ? Am i voilating google adsense terms and conditions. If so then there are 100 other websites who are doing same thing ?

Please provide your comments / expert feedback on this issue as I want to clear my doubt about this…Thanks a lot in advance… :rolleyes:

Setting a frequency cap should not be against Google’s terms from what I understand - but the only way to get a definitive answer (everything is open to interpretation) is to ask Google AdSense support directly.
