Decent simple FREE blog script?

hey folks,

i manage this site:

i need a simple blog script that i can stick in that content area. something where 5-10 users can post blogs and the general public can post comments. i dont need the full interface of something like wordpress, just the MEAT (article & comments)

anything out there in php that’s easy to setup and FREE?
