CMS, framework or pre-made script

I consider what is better cms, framework or customized pre-made script. CMS is 70% cheaper then framework and script. I need it for online startup business.

Unfortunately, until you provide a lot more information no one will be able to give any advice that will be of any help to you or anyone else.

To start, what do you mean by “better”?
Better in what way(s)?

What deadlines do you have if any?
What is your starting budget?
What features are important for you to have?
What have you tried so far that you didn’t like and why?
How much coding can you do yourself?
etc.

Well, 20 days pretty much rules out a custom script unless you can afford to pay a team of developers. And even then, 20 days isn’t long enough to get more than a first MVP, if anything at all.

By starting budget, I meant how much could you afford to pay to get things up and running.
There are a lot of free options, but if you’re not interested in doing any coding yourself, you would likely need to pay someone to tweak it to your specifications. Or rely on being able to find suitable addons.

Also, since you aren’t interested in doing any coding and you want it up and running in 20 days, that pretty much rules out frameworks.
Frameworks tend to be a “skeleton” that everything else is built on to. There would be coding involved.

That leaves CMS.

A lot of people swear by WordPress and WooCommerce.
My personal opinion is “No, thank you”
But you should either head over to

and try it out enough to see if you like the Admin UI

Better yet, set up your localhost server and install it there.
Then install the WooCommerce plugin

I like PrestaShop

Unlike WordPress, which started as a Blog app and can be modified for ecommerce, PrestaShop is and has always been an eCommerce app

AFAIK most of the features you are wanting will be there out-of-the-box.
