I would like to know is there a difference if a business (for example electrical company) has a website?
Could anyone give me a suggestion how will I test or do a methodoly or any software I could use to do the test?

I think there is huge benefit. I have created websites for local businesses that started getting more business because people were finding their websites on Google.
You won’t be able to test it that easily, other then finding 2 similar businesses, and setup a website for one and not the other, and see what happens. But even that would be somewhat inaccurate… but sounds like fun!

Hire a cheap college student in this field to to put up a site for you.
