As my knowledge, Yes face book show about the page to the public. If you want to public any page in face book, you just follow the some guide lines.Firstly you go through the account setting and then edit your account.You can change public or private of your page.You can then go through your Facebook page’s wall/ Timeline to see how your status updates and other activity will look with the new layout.
