Can i use Dreamweaver to create a good fucntion site?

hello,
sorry for this newbie question but i have never gone to school on how to do website but i study it myself online and i could create it myself page by page but i want to create it to have good function such as wordpress. could you tell me how to do to get it post content easily without using dreamweaver to control it ?

I think you mean a CMS. Content Management System. A program to manage your content. I would suggest Wordpress or Joomla. Try googling CMS.

Sorry for my breaking english as i am not a native english speaker.
i want to create a site that function like wordpess which i can control on the host without adding page in dreamweaver. is that possible?

You want to be able to get a job as a commercial pilot without going through all that bother about getting a pilot’s licence? You want to be allowed to do brain surgery without having to go do all that work to get your MD degree first?

Well you might as well be asking to do that. Creating good websites is a skill that requires learning. And that requires time and effort.

There is no magic way around that, no matter what some “wysiwyg” editor sales people might try to tell you. They are just lying to you to get you to send them money. If you believe them, the more fool you.

If you want to be a good web designer you have to learn various skills and practice to apply them.

I actually don’t understand the question? In the summary you state

Can i use Dreamweaver to create a good fucntion site?
and then in your post
could you tell me how to do to get it post content easily without using dreamweaver to control it ?
So do you you want to use Dreamweaver or not?

You want a site that functions LIKE Wordpress or do you actually want to use Wordpress?

If you intentions are (in creating a site) to build your own CMS (as you seem to imply), don’t bother, that’s well beyond the concepts of a newbie. As Ed pointed out, while you can just plug in an existing framework and patch together a basic website, building one takes time, effort and skill and there’s no substitute for learning things properly. I’m not sure what you mean by Dreamweaver “controlling it”. Most sites aren’t built in Dreamweaver and they certainly don’t have any control from the product, it sounds to me like you really don’t know what it is exactly you require or how to actually go about making the site.
