Anyone else that has bought from an ad on facebook?
You can add more friends and then send emails to them inviting them on your websites or you can post links to your site or add them to your daily updates. Say, if you have a new blog post o product and service you promote, be sure to post it in your daily updates intended for what you are doing.
I did and this was before the PPC. It was based on impressions and I only got 2 visits, out of the 10,000 impressions I bought, to the website that I was tracking and one of those was a bounce. I haven’t used the PPC on there yet but I’m sure it would be a better use of your money the the impressions. Just think how many impressions are wasted when someone is quickly clicking through a photo album!

I think Creating app accoding to your site. Make the app small and usefull but it releates to your site any how. As facebook is a community, you will get many peoples who can be interested in your app and then your site.
What does people mean by “develope app” to promote your product? I cant see what does it have to do with facebook… maybe because i dont know nothing about facebook. Can anybody explain me please about developin apps (im a software developer)?
Join related groups and participate in all discussions. Always be active in your selected group and add friends to your profile.

Facebook isn’t an immediate traffic generator but over time you can start to get traction. Mostly, find friends with similar interests and get to know them. Post updates in your status, invite people to groups, get them to join fan pages.
Facebook apps, if done well, can of course take off incredibly but it takes a lot of work.

I think that “blind” adding links is not bad but you must to know the value of such links because you can spent less time and add some links from 5 good sites that will give more results than 15 links from some unknown sources

Face book is really not a gOod way of Promotion you can not only rely on it. its just a one way of one activity to promote your site.
Well, nobody said that he/she will rely on facebook for his/her promotional campaign. Anyway, in my opinion, facebook is a good place to promote your site because of its millions of users which eventually benefit you if you’re going to connect with people that will or that might get interested with what you offer.
selectively build friends, join groups which you are interested in, then add friends from those groups, you are limited by the number you can add per day so limit the number of people you add, next never accept a friend request unless it is from one of those groups you joined
never accept the applications as you will get spammed but if you limit your friends to those in groups then it should not be a problem.
once you hit 500 friends then create a group and sent invites to your friends, create a squezze page and invite your friends to a webinare/event…

Fals is very right in this suggestion as face-book’s traffic is only from your friends group and you can get more by it. you can also use other SN sites like squidoo and stumble upon fro this purpose as they can generate more traffic for your site.
I personally don’t like facebook used as a promotion tool, I prefer to submit articles.
You can add more friends, join some community of same interest, make your own group, make personal contact with some of your professional friends added in facebook, don’t add anyone and everyone be specific to target a area of customers in which you want to improve. Make some good quiz and make it interesting and related to your site.
This may help a lot.
The more friends you have at facebook the more exposure your site gets. But of course if your target market is not among them, chances are its not of help. Knowing your market is very important.
