Autoloading a HTML file

Hi all,
I am using the below mentioned line in the HTML script in the “head” section.

meta http-equiv=“REFRESH” content=“5; url=https://www.sitepoint.com/”

Can anyone help me whether this line would autoload the HTML file for every 5 secs.
If not, please suggest some better solution.
