Yeah, I’m a real old-timer, back from when SitePoint was still just a smallish site with a smallish forum Kind of drifted away after a time for some reason, though.

Those days are gone but not forgotten Big/Small, all arbitary really, as what makes a forum is its community feel… Old hands are especially welcome back :tup:
It might make sense to combine a meet up with an existing web related conference e.g
FOWD/FOWA/Highlandfling etc
Did think of that, but seeing as those web conf’ cost a arm and a leg maybe not the best since people might feel they have to go to the conf anyway…
If we do it separate, we could go conference-style, but I think an informal gathering might be better
