Our Banal Binary

Binary code is the axiomatic core of computing. From ones and zeros, we built magnificent inventions that visualised black holes and cup-winning football goals. Our reliance on the binary has a cost however, with language, laws, and technology build upon reductionist Boolean thinking: true and false, good and evil, black and white, just and unjust. We will explore a new model that encourages a more intersectional and inclusive way to build for all.
