Transformation Director – Organizational Design and Agile Transformation – Retail Financial Services

Our client is a leading Retail Financial Services organisation. A Transformation Director is required to lead the redesign of the firm's Organizational Design across the technology and change functions, transitioning from a Waterfall to an Agile methodology. The successful individual will be an experienced Interim Transformation Director from retail banking or wider retail financial services. You must have a recent demonstrable track record in leading organizational design across the technology function, have a granular understanding of process redesign, and leading Agile transformation in a complex financial services environment. This assignment will be remunerated at up to £700 per day. A hybrid working style is required.
