One of our key clients is seeking an Senior Data Engineer with a specialism in the AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Python, Kinesis and Airflow stack. The successful Senior Data Engineer will primarily be the SME for the Data Engineering road map. The successful Senior Data Engineer with have experience handling and validating real-time data, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust, scalable solutions. The requirement is for an initial 3 month contract and will be Outside IR35. The role is 100% remote and interview will most likely commence pre September for an immediate start. Key skills and responsibilities: Great Python skills. Strong experience with tracking technologies such as Snowplow/Rudderstack/Segment. Previous experience with real-time data streaming platforms such as Kafka/Confluent/Google Cloud Pub/Sub. Experience with stream processing frameworks such as Faust/Flink/Kafka Streams or similar. Proficient with ELT pipelines and the full data lifecycle including managing data pipelines over time and evolving them to meet new business requirements.
