Business Analysis Manager

Verbatim Pharma are working with a global life science service provider, who are looking for Business Analysis Manager to join their site in Belfast on full time basis. They are looking for someone to analyse business processes, systems, and data to identify improvements and recommend solutions. Other duties are to develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate comes from financial background from fast-paced manufacturing industry and is familiar with ERP and Power BI system, can work well individually and has a strong knowledge of SQL and ETL data processes. This position is fully onsite and might include occasional travel to the company’s other sites. Key duties are: Analysing data from multiple systems and sites to support performance improvements. Managing Power BI reporting globally and providing training. Identifying and implementing automation and efficiency improvements in reporting processes. Building relationships with stakeholders to offer analytical support and present reports to senior management. Collaborating with finance and IT teams on month-end reporting and ERP initiatives.
