Our client is a major UK research-led organisation headquartered in Cambridge who are undergoing a significant finance transformation programme enabled through Oracle Fusion applications. This transformation will enhance business partnering and importantly, management information across a diverse and complex landscape, supporting the organisation through improved planning and investment decision making. We are seeking to appoint an Oracle Fusion expert, with extensive demonstrable experience in bringing together and developing a portfolio of management reports, driving a process to: Partner with key stakeholder groups. Identify management report requirements and gaps. Rapidly create an extensive portfolio of management reports. Create the architecture and support for reporting on the Oracle Fusion suite. Optimise the development of these reports. Create an Oracle Fusion-based training hub to upskill the organisation on the use and capabilities of these tools. Candidates will be able to demonstrate: High EQ to engage and manage organisation leadership and key stakeholder groups. Full lifecycle experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP Finance programmes. Experience with working directly with System Implementation (SI) partners. An accountancy background would benefit this position, although not essential. Detailed understanding of Month-end and Year-end reporting requirements, and Budget holders’ data requirements is critical. The candidate will be retained on contract Inside IR35 .
