Senior Backend Software Engineer

Senior Backend Software Engineer | MedTech | £90K with some Flexibility I am seeking a talented Senior Backend Software Engineer to join a rapidly growing healthcare tech company. You'll be instrumental in developing and scaling a robust data platform that powers a ground-breaking remote patient monitoring system. This role involves designing and building backend services, managing databases, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop backend services and APIs using Python and C++ Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/CircleCI) Build and scale high-performance APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams Required Skills: Strong Python and C++ and backend development experience (although they are open to very strong experience in one of these) Proficiency in database management Expertise in DevOps practices and AWS Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience in a Medtech is desirable Machine learning exp desirable If you're passionate about healthcare technology and have a proven track record in backend development, we want to hear from you
