Salesforce Product Owner Opportunity - 6-Month Contract Are you a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner with a strong background in the insurance industry ? We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join a dynamic team within one of our top-tier insurance clients. Role Details: Position: Salesforce Product Owner Duration: 6-Month Contract Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35) Start Date: Second week of September What You’ll Need: 1. Insurance Industry Experience: Mandatory : Deep understanding of the insurance sector, with proven experience in working on Salesforce solutions tailored to this industry. Desirable : Experience in both personal and commercial lines, underwriting processes, or claims management systems. 2. Salesforce Expertise: Product Ownership : Strong experience in acting as a Product Owner for Salesforce implementations, with a clear track record of successful project delivery. Salesforce Clouds : Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable. Customisation & Integration : Proficient in working with Salesforce teams to design, customise, and integrate Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems. 3. Agile Methodology: Agile Practices : Demonstrated experience in working within Agile teams, leading sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined. Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and C-level executives. 4. Leadership & Collaboration: Team Leadership : Ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, and business analysts. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and deliver effective Salesforce solutions. 5. Communication Skills: Documentation : Capable of creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications. Presentation : Adept at presenting technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
