Subsidiary Governance Manager

The Role We are working with a leading technology provider who are looking for a Subsidiary Governance Manager to join their team in Maidenhead. This role requires a blend of technical experience, project management skills, the ability to create and organise policies and procedures, as well as interpersonal skills to support and influence stakeholders with governance framework implementation across the firm. Some of your responsibilities will include: Partner and foster a culture of collaboration with relevant functions and proactively manage issues and challenges that may arise. Monitor, track and report on compliance with local regulation and subsidiary governance framework. Deliver company secretarial compliance for UK subsidiary entities, including drafting minutes. Supporting on the implementation of outsourced global entity managed services provider to manage global entity compliance and oversight and managing ongoing service delivery. Requirements for the Role: CGI Qualified - ACG qualified or graduate. Demonstratable experience of managing entity governance and compliance in multiple jurisdictions, ideally gained within a large group secretariat or global professional services provider. Good technical knowledge of UK company’s law. Proficient in global entity management software tools (Kube, Diligent Entities, GEMS.
