Analytics Architect Manager

The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Analytics Architect Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI, with a specific focus on cloud-based AI/ML solutions. Area of Responsibility Architect and Manage Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS or Azure. Lead the development of scalable machine learning models and data pipelines. Ensure best practices in data architecture and engineering are followed. Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on AI and machine learning techniques, including neural networks, decision trees, and other advanced algorithms. Lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI and data analytics initiatives.  Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Implement robust validation, deployment, and monitoring processes for AI/ML models.  Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies. Drive innovation by researching and recommending new technologies and approaches. Knowledge / Experience Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science and AI domain Experience in designing the end to end cloud based, AWS or Azure, AI/ML solutions Hands on experience in using AI & machine learning techniques Machine Learning (Neural Networks, Decision Trees), Data Preprocessing, AWS/Azure Deployment, Validation, En/Decoder & Image Processing knowledge Proficiency with ML models, framework deployment, Backend Systems, AWS & SoC Hardware Working Knowledge and application experience in advanced statistical techniques and concepts including Forecasting algorithms: ARIMA, SARIMA,SARIMAX,SES Data mining techniques Classification/Regression/Clustering Methods : Decision trees, Linear/Logistic Regression, XGboost, k-Means, DB scan etc Optimization Techniques Deep Learning algorithms: CNN, RNN, Transfer based Learnings Experience in the use of MY-SQL/PostgresSQL/ORACLE/MongoDB Database, Data Visualizations, database software and statistical programs. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like tensorflow or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn or Pandas or Scipy etc) Good exposure on Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure ML) & AWS (S3, Redshift, Sage maker) components Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, POWER BI, Qlik to provide value-adding analytics insights to customers Experience in Automotive, IHM, Manufacturing & Aerospace industry to build various optimization models Experience in agile solutions implementations Experience in ML/Data science storytelling Working E2E ML project lifecycle experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Desirable Skills: Professional Degree/certificates in Project Management Professional Degree/certificates to be AI Architect If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.
