We are excited to be working with a Direct-to-Consumer VC-backed startup looking to hire an exceptional Integration Engineer into their UK business. Having raised a substantial Series B funding round from top investors, they’re now keen to make their first Integration Engineer hire into their growing Operations team. You will report directly to the Operations Director, playing a key role in automating and speeding-up the process of getting their products into the hands of their customers, working closely with all departments to identify and automate time-consuming or repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and productivity across the entire business. As Integration Engineer you will: Design and develop API integrations to connect their diverse platforms and systems including NetSuite, Shopify and Amazon Ensure integrations are secure, scalable and maintainable while diagnosing and resolving integration issues Work closely with all departments, understanding their workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies as well as working with external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance system interoperability Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that automate and optimise workflows across the organisation, ensuring these tools are user-friendly and provide training to team members as necessary Continuously monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, while implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall productivity We want to hear from you if: You have experience with NetSuite and can code - any language is fine but JavaScript would be great You have previously operated in a similar integration engineer or workflow automation role You have experience in designing and developing API integrations You have worked in another Direct-to-Consumer or Ecommerce business - this isn't essential but would be helpful You have familiarity with any workflow automation tools or integration platforms What do they offer?
