Blockchain Developer

We are representing a client in search of a mission-driven and ambitious developer with strong experience working with blockchain and cloud based systems. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded, agile, and intuitive builder with a knack for developing innovative tools. The successful candidate will take ownership of the maintenance of our client’s cloud infrastructure. This includes sharing your vision with the team, effectively executing on existing products, and proactively designing the future of the bleeding-edge provenance layer. Develop novel solutions that push the state of the art in blockchain technology. Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including the development of flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. Produce specifications and determine the operational feasibility of software projects. Integrate software components into a fully functional system. Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Document and maintain software functionality, ensuring a balance between efficiency and the right level of quality. Create and maintain development tools and infrastructure. Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective solutions. Write well-designed, testable code. Understand and manage performance monitoring tools. Monitor and estimate costs for current and future projects. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed. Deploy software programs and evaluate user feedback to inform improvements. Comply with project plans and adhere to industry standards. Ensure that software is regularly updated with the latest features. Take responsibility for your work and contribute as a valued team member. What makes you a great fit: 5 years of experience as a software engineer, including work on back end or full stack systems 3 years of experience with cloud providers such as Azure, Google, and AWS Experience in setting up and maintaining scalable cloud services Background understanding of MI/ML and the ability to leverage these solutions Experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases What might make you stand out: Blockchain expertise, including deploying, upgrading, understanding blockchain architecture, and proficiency in basic cryptography principles Experience with camera and other device networking and protocols Experience working with large archival systems Agile development experience Languages: Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, and TypeScript, with the versatility to adapt to other languages as needed.
