Training and Change Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Consultant / Training and Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team in the defence sector. This role is pivotal in supporting enterprise-wide PMO transformation, with a focus on change management across all business areas. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless IT change management and operational transformations. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Leadership: Lead and manage IT change projects, ensuring smooth transitions for operational teams. Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, leveraging industry-standard techniques such as AKTAR and ProSci. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a change ambassador, engaging with stakeholders across the organization to drive change initiatives. Communication and Engagement: Produce and deliver engaging collateral to communicate change effectively, including facilitating roadshows and launch sessions. Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, and create user stories to ensure all team members are well-prepared for upcoming changes. Reporting: Monitor and report against change plans, ensuring all targets are met and any issues are addressed promptly. Required Experience & Skills: Demonstrable experience in managing IT change projects within large organizations. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and standards, such as AKTAR and ProSci. Proven ability to engage and energize teams, driving positive change across the business. Experience in producing and delivering training materials, as well as facilitating training sessions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging change management collateral. High energy, with a proactive and engaging approach to change management.
