Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to understand and document business requirements. Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, document analysis). Create process flows, data models, and other business process diagrams to visualize business operations. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for software development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects. Support the development and implementation of new business processes and systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of business requirements and documentation.
