Staff Front End Engineer

Our client is a Stealth DEX startup, currently working on the development of the first fully decentralized perpetuals exchange built around a CLOB, completely on an EVM chain. They are seeking a Front-End Staff engineer to architect and create the desktop and mobile interfaces that are the face of the exchange. This opportunity is for the blockchain/trading enthusiasts, the ideal candidate will bring experience in said fields and a strong desire to build in a new and exciting project. This position will report directly to the CTO, architecting and implementing their desktop and mobile clients. Responsibilities Architect and implementation of desktop and mobile clients. Specifically: o Building frontend features Ensuring a responsive and reliable experience o Integrating with backend endpoints and data streams Work cross functionally with the Backend team, Graphic designers, and Product Designers to enable a complete end-to-end solution that is fast, intuitive and reliable. Mentor other frontend team members on engineering best practices. Qualifications 6 years of frontend engineering experience. Experience architecting and developing desktop and mobile user interfaces. Experience shipping product and writing production grade code. Working with CSS, Typescript, React & React Native, Redux or React hooks or other languages, Desirable: Past experience working in consumer technology and startups Knowledge of EVM, DEXs, Perpetuals, and other novel DeFi primitives Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills
