Global Operations Director

Position Overview: The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all business functions are aligned with strategic objectives and are operating efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within the cybersecurity industry, and will be adept at leading teams, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to support the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Contribute to long-term planning and decision-making. Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including HR, IT, and Facilities. Ensure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and collective goals. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) to assess the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement. Implement metrics-driven approaches to optimize performance and achieve operational targets. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation. Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization. Work closely with finance to track expenses, forecast needs, and optimize financial performance. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery. Implement technology solutions and automation where appropriate to streamline operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends, technologies, and best practices is highly desirable.
