Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals. Functional/Non-Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications to guide the development process. User Stories: Create and maintain high-quality user stories that accurately reflect business needs and priorities. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams. Client Facing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions. Use your expertise in mapping business architecture and identifying integration points with e-commerce solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and senior clients, translating technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience working with enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Oracle Commerce Cloud) Strong understanding of gathering requirements and developing functional/non-functional specifications. Expertise in creating user stories and managing stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Client-facing experience with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in different methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
