Quality Assurance Engineer - Private Equity Space - £60-80K Equity

Are you a QA Engineer with a blend of manual, exploratory and automation testing experience, numerically proficient with knowledge of at least one programming language? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take your career to the next level. Saffron QA is working with a software company on the ascendancy and disrupting the private equity space. The company has recently raised £14m in VC funding and is in a growth phase. They are currently hiring a QA Engineer to join their software engineering team. They are looking for a rounded QA Engineer with a blend of manual/exploratory and automation testing skills (any NFT experience is desirable). Essentially, someone with; Hands-on QA and testing experience, ideally testing complex systems utilising your finance or numerical skills. Experience of manual, exploratory and automation testing, working in Agile teams. Experience of programming in at least one language, ideally Typescript, JavaScript or Python. Experience of Playwright or Cypress, including creating, maintaining and enhancing a framework. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to push back as and when required. Excellent problem solving and team collaboration skills. The role will require you to work in the central London office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) with the remaining days remote (essential). The company is offering a salary band of £60-80,000/annum plus equity. Please note, the company is unable to offer visa sponsorship or 100% remote working.
