Duration: 6 months initially, extendable Onsite: 2-3 days Edinburgh We are seeking an experienced Process Transformation Lead to join our client's team in Edinburgh. This role will involve working closely with technology change teams to deliver process optimisation and automation solutions for their Life, Pensions and Long Term Savings clients, ensuring the successful transformation of front-office and back-office operations. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading and delivering process transformation projects, with a deep understanding of operational process mapping, backlog creation for optimisation & automation opportunities, prioritisation and delivery through technology change teams. The successful candidate will define and drive the roadmap to deliver business value within risk, to direct a programme with appropriate governance and controls. Candidate will also work closely with the Transformation Management Office to ensure the smooth running of PMO, governance, reporting, methodology, models, and standards. The role also involves maintaining and prioritizing the roadmap for change based on business value and risk, ensuring the highest value to the client. Proven track record of leading and delivering end-to-end operational process transformation within life and pension insurance sector. Strong understanding of the Life and Pensions industry front and back end operational processes, including regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience in developing and implementing transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Experience working with technology teams to deliver process optimisation and automation. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Ability to maintain and prioritize the roadmap for change, focusing on business value and risk. Collaborate with change management and change delivery teams to ensure new solutions are well-aligned with identified problems and opportunities. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of transformation outcomes. Experience of working within Agile delivery environments. Experience of working in global delivery environment and with distributed teams. Experience in delivering process automation through Pega or similar BPM tools.
