Windows Automation Engineer

Referment has partnered with a global hedge fund that seeks a motivated individual with an impressive record of academic and/or professional achievement to join their Platform Engineering team in London as a Windows Automation Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, scaling and automating their Windows platform which underpins a large amount of the infrastructure used by users across the fund. Key Requirements 3 years experience working as a Windows/Systems Engineer Strong Powershell and IaC skills - ability to build scripts from scratch to automate complicated processes. An in-depth understanding of the Windows platform and related technologies (e.g., Active Directory and Failover Clustering) is required, as are excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with a variety of tracing tools (e.g., WireShark, ETW, and ProcMon).
