With a multi-talented global team of over 400 people, spread across EMEA, the USA, and Asia, they identify high-growth, high-value investment sectors where deep insight and strong market relationships are key to success. What They Do: This is an awesome opportunity to deliver industry-leading journalism, data, and market insights to subscribing clients through a wide portfolio of specialist brands. They track key market players and bring client-communities together, enabling knowledge sharing, profile building, and relationship development through professional networks and events. The Role: As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the charge in driving the next phase of growth for the subscriptions platform, websites, events, and related membership products. Main Responsibilities: Lead Product Initiatives: Oversee new and key product initiatives across the portfolio, always keeping the customer at the forefront when making data driven decisions. Understand User Needs: Develop a deep understanding of internal and external user needs, use cases, user analytics, and commercial goals to inform product opportunities and improvements. Conduct Research: Regularly conduct product and feature discovery with UX colleagues to understand user needs and use data to inform product decisions. Coordinate Launches: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure accurate reporting and documentation, and ensure Go-To-Market plans are in place for successful launches. Monitor Performance: Define and monitor relevant OKRs, KPIs, and KRIs to gauge feature performance and inform future product decisions. Enhance Agile Frameworks: Help refine and progress agile frameworks for product development and management functions. Person Specification: Experience & Skills: Product Management: At least 5 years of experience in product management with a customer insight-driven approach. Agile/Scrum: Proficient in agile/scrum environments. Domain Expertise: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth domain, ideally in digital media, data or online publishing. Communication: Excellent communicator, able to influence various teams and seniority levels while remaining a collaborative team player. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex challenges and identifying opportunities. Best Practices: Enthusiastic about shaping and refining best practices for product management. Additional Info: Up to £90,000 basic plus benefits 50% of your time will be spent in the London office.
