Position: eCommerce Specialist - Amazon Location: North London, NW1 Salary: depending on experience Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home Company Description A dynamic and growing leading design and gifting brand known for creating quirky, innovative products that bring fun and creativity to everyday life. They are a small, dynamic team with a passion for design, and they’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join them and help drive their online presence to the next level. Role Overview: As the Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the online sales channels. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the website and online marketplaces are running smoothly, their products are well-represented, and their customers have a seamless shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and has a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update content on the company website, including product listings, descriptions, and images. - Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, making recommendations for improvements. - Oversee the day-to-day management of their online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), ensuring product listings are optimised and aligned with their brand. - Work closely with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing. - Manage stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. - Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Provide excellent customer service support for online queries and issues. Requirements: - Previous experience in an ecommerce role, preferably within a retail or design-focused company. - Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify. - Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Helium10. - Experience managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon. - Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
