Senior System Administrator

I'm currently partnered with a highly successful Series B scale-up in Fintech. They aim to create a digital capital markets ecosystem using advanced technologies to integrate traditional and crypto markets. We're seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience supporting diverse systems and technologies, preferably within a capital markets or trading environment. You'll provide senior-level technology support and lead project-based engineering tasks across the entire technology landscape, including desktops, servers, networking, public cloud, and both commercial and custom applications. Experience we're looking for: Extensive Technical Support Engineer/Application Support Analyst Administration of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments Networking knowledge (CCNA level Palo Alto Firewalls) PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting Exceptional 1st/2nd/3rd line support, both in-office and globally Setup and management of Intune/JAMF MDM and Microsoft XDR platforms Monitoring tools (PRTG, Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus) Beneficial Experience: Hands-on with AWS & Azure (certifications preferred) Experience with CyberEssentials and ISO 27001 Certifications This will be an on-site role and requires you to be in their London office five days a week.
