I'm currently working with a Security business that specialises in cybersecurity solutions, offering advanced threat prevention and endpoint security tools to protect businesses from cyberattacks and data breaches. Their products focus on proactive defense against ransomware, malware, phishing, and other online threats We're seeking a RevOps Technology Specialist to manage and develop their current systems to support business goals, improve user experience, and enhance productivity. Responsibilities: Optimise CRM systems and other tools. Integrate technology solutions and manage data. Document designs and conduct feasibility studies. RevOps Analysis: Gather and validate business requirements. Develop solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency. Advise on system changes and sales data management. System Administration: Manage system maintenance, user setup, and workflows. Monitor performance and oversee system enhancements. Lead improvements and create reports and training materials. Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (CSA) Experience with CPQ solutions and systems integration. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI and SQL knowledge is a plus.
